More on Dancing with the Stars (and Poor Wendy)

The most strenuous, energy depleting dances were performed last night on DWTS; the jive and the quick step. If you've ever done ballroom dancing, you know that none of the dances are easy, but these two dances are physically draining and require a lot of stamina. Frankly, I think they shouldn't be performed until toward the end of the season when contestants like Kirstie are in better shape, although she certainly kept up with Max.

With that said, who, in my opinion, will go home tonight. Easier for me to say who shouldn't and won't. Hines and Jericho were drop dead awesome in their moves; however, I've seen a lot of surprises in past seasons of DWTS. It all depends on the audience votes and how many fans you have. (wow, this kinda reminds me of the NASL lol)

Nevertheless someone is going home and I'd have to say it will probably be Mike Catherwood.

Okay, it could be poor Wendy, but the controversy surrounding her makes for an interesting show. (She is a she, right?)

Although the majority of this season's contestants are fairly equal, they all stand out in some way and they deserve recognition so that, regardless of who goes home, none of them feel like losers.

In the female category the award for:

Best impersonation of a drag queen: Wendy Williams
Best in Legs that never end: Petra Nemcova
Best drama queen (Though no one will ever top Kate) : Kendra Wilkenson
Best impersonation of a blonde: Chelsea Kane
Best impersonation of a sexy chick fighting her way out of a hefty bag: Kirstie Alley

And in the male category the award for:

Best impersonation of the Karate Kid all grown up: Ralph Macchio (To say his kicks weren't sharp enough was a real insult)
Best impersonation of an older Lil' Romeo: Romeo
Best in DJs who can't dance: Mike Catherwood (obviously, he won that hands down)
Best impression of a pro boxer getting KOd in rehearsal: Sugar Ray Leonard
Best in sexy bod: Chris (omg he can dance too) Jericho (if you saw the Sitch last season you know what I'm talking 'bout)
Best impression of a tight end: Hines Ward (Yeah, I know he's a wide receiver, but what a nice tight end)

I rarely look forward to the elimination shows, but tonight's won't bring too much heartache.

hahaha, your own self. I'm surprised you watch it at all, because that's precious time taken away from your Starcraft practice.

It's always nice to have someone to talk with the show about during and after, so thanks. :) Guess that's how you feel when I watch the tournaments with you.

Glad you enjoyed the humor in the post.

And, yeah, I added boxes because some people couldn't leave comments always. Hope that doesn't stop the comments from coming in though.

Lucky Taz loves your impressions of each of the dancers.
Also, I totally agree about how hard ballroom dancing must be. I give everyone credit for even trying it. They have to have such dedication for all the time spent rehearsing, stamina to do the dances and tremendous brain power to remember all the steps and the order for them.
